1407 Benedict Canyon Drive, Beverly Hills
1407 Benedict Canyon Drive is a grand, 1928 Spanish Villa situated on 4 acres of gardens, waterfalls and majestic ocean vistas. In addition to a complete renovation and remodel of the 8,400 square foot main house in 2006-2007, we added a gatehouse with guest/guard quarters at the base of the quarter-mile driveway leading to a new 2,900 sf motor court overlaying an 8-car garage. The full-scale landscape and hardscape work included widening of the driveway and the addition of 1,000 square feet of level yard for a pool, spa, pool cabana and guest house.
