2510 Astral Drive, Los Angeles
2831 Durand and 2510 Astral Drive were two projects linked by one investor and separated by the Hollywood Freeway and the Hollywood Bowl. BMGI helped design and then manage the mostly down-to-the-studs remodel and addition, turning a tired Nichols Canyon home into a swank 4,700 sf, 5 bedroom, 6 bath modern farmhouse.
