Summit Circle is significant as the first project BMGI managed for my brother’s company, Beverly Hills Properties, or BHP. John gave BMGI a remarkable amount of control over the construction as a new subcontractor for his company; nepotism has its benefits! BHP was in full control of the budget and design, and we managed to bring the project in on budget! I am most proud of the pergola I personally built while managing the rest of the construction.
