Steve and John Bercsi worked closely with another design-builder to co-manage a down-to-the-studs remodel of this sprawling and spectacular private estate on 9+ acres in the Topanga/Malibu Hills. Working closely with the owner, the design-build team turned a run-of-the-mill house into an exclusive Spanish hacienda. Although much of the credit goes to A.Z., the co-manager, Steve was solely responsible for stringing the exterior lights!
